Part-Time Flutter Developer for Live IoT App

Flutter developer wanted for ongoing part-time work on a live IoT app (Android and iOS). The app is in production with real users, so this is feature and maintenance work inside an established codebase. This is a long term engagement. I want someone who stays with the project for months, not one sprint. What I need: * Strong hands on BLoC experience. Non negotiable. The codebase is built on it and I will ask about it. * Someone comfortable working in code they did not write. Read first, match the existing patterns, no unasked for rewrites. * Async collaboration through GitHub, Jira, Basecamp and Microsoft Teams. Clear written updates matter more than hours logged. * Useful but not required: BLE or device pairing, background services, in app purchases. Commitment: 10-15 hours per week, ongoing.
