Custom Monochrome Z Fold 8 Case

I need a tailor-made protective cover for my Galaxy Z Fold 8 that keeps the large inner display completely concealed while still letting me use the outer “notification” screen. The brief is straightforward: • Material: silicone only. • Look: a single-colour, patterned finish (for grip and personality without loud graphics). • Function: every camera, port, speaker and button must remain fully accessible, yet the hinge side must stay sealed so the phone cannot be unfolded when the case is on. Because the hinge area is the trickiest part, the design should wrap seamlessly around it, leaving zero visible gaps. I’m open to suggestions on pattern type as long as it stays within a monochrome palette. Deliverables 1. 3D design files ready for silicone moulding or high-end 3D printing (STL or similar). 2. Dimensional drawings that show all cut-outs and tolerances. 3. If you can also arrange a first physical prototype, please state the extra cost and lead time. Acceptance criteria • Snug snap-on fit verified against an actual Z Fold 8 or high-accuracy model. • Outer screen fully visible; inner screen 100 % hidden. • All tactile buttons work with normal pressure; speakers remain unobstructed. • No sharp edges; surface pattern uniform. Please outline your proposed workflow, any prior phone-case projects, and the design software or printing process you plan to use (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, etc.).
