Recruitment & Onboarding Assistant Needed

I am looking for reliable support with the front-end of my recruitment and onboarding workflow. The immediate focus is on posting part-time vacancies to Indeed and screening every application so that only the most promising candidates reach my inbox. Here’s what success looks like for this engagement: • Draft a clear, compelling job ad (I will supply the role outline; you polish the wording and add any compliance notes). • Publish the ad on my verified Indeed employer account and ensure it remains visible and correctly categorised. • Monitor incoming résumés daily, filter against the must-have criteria I provide, and deliver a concise shortlist with brief rationale for each recommendation. If this first round goes smoothly, I may expand the scope to include interview coordination and full onboarding documentation, but for now your deliverable is the curated shortlist plus your notes. Experience with Indeed’s employer dashboard, basic candidate assessment, and professional written communication will be essential.
