Procurement and Logistics Support Location: Field-based Engagement: Commission-Based (Independent Contractor) Reports To: Operations Lead About Regolith Regolith specializes in facilitating the supply, management, and maintenance of equipment and assets for businesses operating in the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa. We deliver efficient procurement and logistics solutions tailored to the unique operational needs of our global partners. Role Overview We are seeking a reliable Procurement and Logistics Support to handle hands-on fulfillment and shipping coordination. You will collect items from local suppliers, inspect and repackage them to company standards, and hand them off to shipping partners while tracking order progress and maintaining compliance. Key Responsibilities 1. Physical Fulfillment & Handling Collect items from local suppliers and verify that physical products match central office specifications. Repackage items securely in accordance with Regolith’s shipping and handling standards. Deliver packaged items to designated shipping partners for final customer delivery. Maintain and track inventory of packaging and shipping materials. 2. Logistics & Tracking Coordinate local and international shipments with couriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. Obtain and compare logistics quotes to secure cost-effective shipping rates. Monitor shipment status and resolve carrier delays or delivery issues promptly. 3. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Waybills, Certificates of Origin). Assist with local customs clearance and ensure compliance with regional trade regulations. Flag and report any product discrepancies, damaged items, or missing documentation immediately.

Compensation

& Work Model Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-Based). Payout: Earned per completed fulfillment task Schedule: Flexible / On-demand based on order volume in your region.

Requirements

& Qualifications Must-Have (Minimum Requirements): Location: Located within commutable distance to the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. Procurement: Ability to perform basic procurement tasks, including supplier item collection and specification verification. Logistics: Ability to execute physical logistics operations, including repackaging and coordinating deliveries with shipping partners. Tools & Transport: Reliable local transportation and a smartphone or computer for tracking updates. Languages: English and Local Language Preferred: Prior experience managing the storage and handling of shipping and packaging materials in accordance with company standards.
