Excel & MIS Reporting Specialist | Data Analysis | Sales & Purchase Reports | Dashboards

I have several Excel workbooks that track daily sales and purchase activity. I need a specialist who can turn this raw data into meaningful MIS outputs—cleaning what is there, analysing it for trends, and presenting the results in interactive dashboards that management can use immediately. Your core tasks will be: • Import and organise the existing Excel-based data so calculations remain automated when new rows are added. • Perform thorough trend analysis on both sales and purchasing figures, highlighting seasonality, growth patterns and any anomalies that deserve attention. • Build visually clear dashboards (Power Query / PivotTables / slicers / charts) that let users drill from a high-level view down to individual transactions. Acceptance criteria: • All formulas and queries must refresh without errors when new data is pasted in. • Dashboards must load in under five seconds on a standard laptop and require no add-ins beyond native Excel functions. • A short handover video or written guide explains how to keep the reports updated.
