Zoho CRM Setup & Migration

I have a fresh Zoho CRM account that needs to be fully configured so my team can start working out of it right away. The priorities are clear: streamline lead management, design insightful custom reports, and build workflow automation that removes as much manual effort as possible. All of my existing prospect and customer data currently lives in several Excel/CSV files. I will supply those files and a simple field-mapping guide; I need you to clean the data where appropriate, import it without loss, and verify that every record, note, and custom field lands in the right place. Once the data sits safely inside Zoho, I want to see: • A logical lead pipeline with stages, assignment rules, and notification triggers • At least three role-based reports that give me real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales activities • Automated workflows for lead assignment, follow-up reminders, and deal stage changes, all tested end-to-end I’ll provide admin access, branding assets, and sample process documents. When you’re done, walk me through the configuration so I can maintain it, and give me a short handover document summarizing what you built and how to tweak it.
