Vintage Montreal Bike Paths Map Restoration

Digital Picture Restoration 9.6•7.1—> that's the size of the picture attached, in cm, on my cellphone screen (if you were wondering, it's a map of Montréal's bike paths in 1897;) That's approximately a 3:2 ratio. I'm hoping for a large print, maybe even 1.3m by 1m. Here's what I'm hoping for: A full restoration. Removing fold lines, creases, tears, stains and other imperfections. Rebuilding damaged areas where possible. Improving contrast and clarity, & then upscaling and sharpening the final image for large-format use. Preserve the original vintage character of the map, so it doesn’t end up looking overly processed or artificial. I understand small text or details completely missing from the original image can’t recovered perfectly, but from the image I sent, I'm hoping you can achieve a substantial improvement; a clean, high-resolution version suitable for large printing. A restoration, high-resolution final file. If I tell you how large I want to print it, can you prepare a resolution specifically for that size? 1.3m by 1m is what I'm hoping for , at most. I just put any price, but tell me what you would expect for such work. I'm in no rush. I just want a good job.
