Acceptance criteria • All screens match approved mock-ups and respect the yellow/black scheme. • App passes App Store & Google Play review guidelines. • Apple, Google, and email OTP flows are production-ready. • Test payments complete successfully in both Stripe and Razorpay sandboxes. • Source code is clean, documented, and delivered via Git.
