Construction Instagram Reels & Management

I run a growing construction company and need our Instagram feed to reflect the quality of the projects we deliver on-site. I’m after a partner who can take full ownership of the account: planning, creating, and publishing a steady mix of content—mainly Reels and high-resolution posts—that highlights our latest builds, shows authentic behind-the-scenes moments, and shares short customer testimonials. The visual tone should stay professional and clean to match the industry, but I’m flexible on colours, fonts, and layout because we don’t have formal brand guidelines yet. You’re welcome to establish a consistent look as long as it feels premium and trustworthy. Typical week-to-week tasks will include: • Mapping out a content calendar • Shooting or sourcing on-site footage/photos when possible (remote editing is fine if raw files are supplied) • Editing Reels with crisp transitions, clear text overlays, and royalty-free background music • Writing concise, searchable captions with relevant construction hashtags • Scheduling posts, monitoring basic engagement, and flagging any comments or DMs that need my input • Sending a brief performance snapshot once a month so we can see what’s resonating I already have a library of project photos and some raw video; everything else can be built from scratch. If you’re comfortable working in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or similar tools, that’s perfect—use whatever workflow lets you deliver polished, on-brand content consistently.
