Federal ID Theft Court Representation

I have an active Federal Court matter under Commonwealth jurisdiction arising from a long-running case of identity theft. NCAT ordered the respondent to repay funds on 5 March 2025 and clarified those orders on 31 October 2025, yet the money remains unpaid. Police notes dated 25 June 2019 and a sound recording prove that payments were diverted behind closed doors by parties now claiming pro bono status. The file must be amended to include fresh allegations of fraud and ID theft, breach of contract, and defamation, then re-filed so we can press for monetary orders against every associate involved since 29 July 2016. The Court of Appeal has already confirmed the scope of relief available; what I now need is full representation in court—from drafting the amended pleadings through to final hearing and enforcement. You must be a competent barrister admitted to practise in the Federal Court of Australia, comfortable running a complex Commonwealth matter, and ready to act quickly. Familiarity with NCAT enforcement, appellate directions, and evidence based on digital recordings will be essential. Deliverables will be: • Settled and filed amended originating documents that capture the additional allegations. • Strategic court representation at all listings, mediations and hearings until judgment is enforced.
