Complete WooCommerce Paquetexpress Integration

We need a developer experienced with WooCommerce, PHP, REST APIs, and payment/shipping integrations to complete an existing online store integration. Scope includes: - Integrate Paquetexpress REST API with WooCommerce. - Real-time shipping quotation in checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. - Support predefined package/box sizes and correct package selection logic. - Generate Paquetexpress shipment after successful payment. - Generate/retrieve ZPL shipping labels. - Integrate pickup/recollection scheduling. - Configure and test NetPay as the WooCommerce payment gateway. Handle API errors, retries, duplicate shipment prevention, and logging. Test first in Paquetexpress/NetPay sandbox before production. The store is already running on WooCommerce. Paquetexpress sandbox credentials, documentation, Postman collection, and NetPay credentials are available. Developer should deliver a stable, production-ready integration without modifying WooCommerce core.
