Odoo Enterprise takeover and completion — Damas Energy Services LTD

Damas Energy Services LTD invites quotations from experienced Odoo freelancers and companies to review and continue an existing Odoo Enterprise customization project from the point reached by our previous implementer. Please structure your proposal in two phases: 1. Assessment and takeover: Review the existing configuration, customizations, available code, documentation, integrations, and unfinished requirements. Identify completed work, defects, outstanding tasks, dependencies, and hosting/version constraints. Deliver a prioritized completion plan and separately priced implementation milestones. Quote your hourly rate, estimated assessment hours, and duration. 2. Completion and support: Following approval of the assessment, complete the agreed scope, test the changes, support user acceptance, provide training and documentation, and hand over the finished work. State indicative rates, availability, support terms, and warranty coverage. MANDATORY WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND FULL TRACEABILITY All work must use company-managed ChatGPT and company-approved Odoo, code, and project tools. Personal AI accounts and outside services are not permitted. Please disclose any tooling dependency or exception in your proposal before work begins. The company must retain a complete project record within its approved environment, including: - Requirements, task assignments, decisions, and progress. - Project-related ChatGPT conversations and outputs. - Configuration changes, code revisions, and a dated change log identifying the responsible person. - Test results, user acceptance, and deployment approvals. - Documentation, source materials, and a complete handover. Please explain how you will capture Odoo configuration changes that are not stored in source control. All deliverables must remain under company control. Production changes require our approval. YOUR RESPONSE SHOULD INCLUDE - Your proposed named technical and functional leads, relevant Odoo certifications, and experience taking over unfinished projects. - Two comparable corporate client references, preferably in marine services, energy, or multi-company operations, with evidence of positive corporate client reviews. - Your approach to reviewing the current Odoo version and hosting model before proposing development or migration. - Hourly/day rates, estimated assessment and completion hours, indicative schedule, taxes, currency, proposed milestones, and quotation validity. - Confirmation that you can comply with the company-only tools and full-traceability requirements. - Availability for an introductory meeting and a list of information needed to quote accurately. Detailed requirements and system access will be provided through company-approved channels after confidentiality arrangements are agreed.
