B2B Agent Outreach Specialist

Project Description We are looking for a freelancer to help with a business outreach project for ECG Pakistan, which organizes exhibitions and business events in Pakistan. We have a list of business agents and need someone to contact them, introduce our project, and find out whether they are interested in signing a contract with us.

Responsibilities

Contact agents using the details provided. Share our company profile and exhibition calendar. Explain the contract opportunity. Follow up to check their interest. Record each agent’s response, whether interested or not. Provide proof of completed outreach. Identify interested agents and refer them to our Vice President for further discussion.

Requirements

Experience in B2B outreach or lead generation. Good communication and follow-up skills. Ability to maintain accurate records. Experience communicating with Chinese business agents and Mandarin language skills are a plus. Location Requirement We are specifically looking for freelancers currently based in mainland China. Mandarin Chinese communication skills and familiarity with the local business environment are preferred.
