Full 60-Minute Anime Production

I already have a complete screenplay and am now looking for a studio that can take the reins on every other part of production and carry this 60-minute, anime-style feature film through to final master. The film must be produced in clean, expressive 2D digital animation with moderately detailed background art that captures the warmth, lighting and atmosphere typical of top-tier theatrical releases. All voice work will require multiple-language dubbing, so your pipeline should comfortably accommodate casting, direction and lip-sync for at least Japanese and English, with the ability to add further if budget is left (main languages are japanese and English) This is envisioned as a 1.5- to 2-year collaboration. I will fund the project through clearly defined milestones, each tied to a tangible deliverable and internal review. Please outline your proposed production schedule, team structure, preferred software (TVPaint, Toon Boom, After Effects, etc.), and any co-production partners you intend to tap for dubbing or post-audio. Key deliverables • Pre-production package (adapted script breakdown, storyboards, character & prop sheets, color keys) • Animatic with scratch track approved • Scene-by-scene layouts and background paintings • Rough animation, tie-down, clean-up & in-between passes • Compositing, effects, color grading and final picture lock • Multi-language voice recording, music score, Foley and 5.1 mix • DCP, ProRes and streaming-ready masters plus all project files Acceptance criteria The film must run 60 ± 2 minutes, export at 4K HDR and pass theatrical QC. All dialogue must sync accurately in each language track; no visible jitter or layer artefacts may remain at final delivery.
