The ideal candidate should have strong character design skills and the ability to translate creative direction into engaging expressions, poses, and visual assets that work across digital product experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop character-led visual concepts for a consumer mobile application. Create character expressions, poses, and supporting illustrations. Develop onboarding visuals aligned with the approved brand direction. Explore and present multiple creative concepts based on product requirements. Maintain visual consistency across characters and illustrations. Collaborate with product, design, and creative teams to develop visual experiences. Refine concepts based on feedback and approved creative direction. Prepare artwork and visual assets suitable for digital product use.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in concept art, character design, illustration, or a related field. Strong skills in character development, expressions, poses, and visual storytelling. Experience creating artwork for digital products, mobile applications, games, or consumer brands. Strong understanding of composition, color, proportions, and visual hierarchy. Ability to work within an established brand direction while bringing original creative ideas. Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback. Portfolio showcasing character design and illustration work.
