**Urgent Hiring: Remote Job Application Assistant — Software Engineering Roles** We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Job Application Assistant to source relevant software engineering opportunities and submit applications on behalf of US software engineers using their provided profiles and resumes. **Responsibilities** * Find relevant job postings on LinkedIn, Jobright.ai, and other job platforms. * Ensure each opportunity closely matches the candidate’s primary technology stack, experience, and job preferences. * Collect accurate, active job posting URLs and avoid duplicate applications. * Submit more than 80 accurate, complete job applications per day. * Maintain a daily record of sourced opportunities and submitted applications. **Requirements** * Previous experience in job application support, job sourcing, or similar work is preferred. * Familiarity with software engineering roles and common technology stacks. * Strong attention to detail, organization, and written English. * Ability to work independently and consistently meet daily targets. * Availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. * Reliable computer and internet connection. **Work arrangement:** Fully remote **Compensation:** $120–$180 **Start date:** As soon as possible To apply, briefly describe your relevant experience, the job platforms you have used, and your availability to work the required schedule.
