You translate that into qualified leads and—ideally—signed orders. Deliverables & milestones I track • Weekly log summarising calls placed, online touches and site visits • Pipeline sheet listing qualified residential and commercial prospects with contact details, project scale and expected closing window • Monthly review showing closed deals and the revenue slab on which we calculate your share If you already know the local real-estate developers, architects or public-works officers, you’ll move fast. If not, determination and a persuasive phone manner will still go a long way in this expanding market for modular builds.
