Recruiter for Hospitality, Property Management and Candidates We are looking for a recruiter to help us source candidates from the hospitality and short-term rental sectors. Our current position is a Co-Listing Agent opportunity, and candidates with Airbnb experience are particularly relevant. We would like to identify candidates who have practical experience rather than simply general knowledge of the platform. Relevant experience could include hosting, co-hosting, property management, vacation rental management or hospitality. The freelancer will research potential candidates and initiate appropriate professional communication. You will introduce the opportunity, learn about the candidate's background and perform an initial screening based on criteria we provide. Interested candidates will provide their CV and relevant professional information for review by our internal team. The freelancer will organize the candidate information and highlight relevant experience without making unsupported claims about suitability. Previous recruitment experience is not mandatory, although it would be an advantage.
