**Ongoing Real Estate Virtual Assistant** I’m a software developer currently building a real-estate website and I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with ongoing research and data collection. Your main responsibility will be gathering accurate real-estate information that can be organized and used on the website. **1. Property Research** * Research properties using Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, county websites, and similar sources. * Collect property details such as address, price, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, year built, and sales history. * Research property ownership, tax information, and other publicly available records. * Enter and organize the information in Google Sheets or other templates. **2. Real Estate Data Collection** * Find relevant properties and real-estate information based on specific criteria. * Build clean and organized datasets. * Verify information from multiple sources and remove duplicate or incorrect entries. * Keep the collected information up to date. **3. Website Content Support** * Gather information that will be displayed on the website. * Organize property descriptions, locations, and other useful details. * Help identify useful real-estate data or information that could improve the website. **What I’m Looking For** * Previous experience as a real-estate VA is preferred. * Experience with Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, county property records, or similar tools. * Strong research and data-entry skills. * Excellent attention to detail. * Good written English and communication. * Stable internet connection. * Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully. **Logistics** This is an ongoing project with steady work. Payment will be made weekly after the completed work is reviewed.
