Precise Photo Background Removal

I have a small set of images—no more than ten—that need their backgrounds cleanly removed while preserving every edge and detail. The original files are high-resolution JPGs; I will supply them immediately upon project start. Your task is straightforward: isolate the subject, export back to me in both layered PSD (so I can tweak if necessary) and transparent PNG formats. Natural edges, accurate hair masking, and no color shifts are important acceptance points for me. If you typically add a subtle shadow or reflection, please keep it on a separate layer so I can toggle it on or off. Turnaround time is flexible but I’d like to wrap this up within two days once you have the files.
