AI based medical chatbot

I already have an image-based AI model running locally; now I want a full desktop application wrapped around it so end-users can load an image, send it to the model, and immediately see the results. Your task is to build both the user-facing interface and the supporting backend layer that talks to the model. Frontend • Cross-platform desktop GUI with a clean, responsive layout. • Controls for selecting or drag-and-dropping images, triggering inference, and viewing the returned prediction or annotated image. • Space to display status messages (e.g., “processing…”) and basic settings the user might tweak before running the model. Backend • Lightweight service (Python Flask/FastAPI or similar) that wraps the existing model, handles image preprocessing/post-processing, and returns the output in a format the UI can consume. • Error handling so corrupted or unsupported files are caught gracefully. • Simple logging so I can trace requests during testing. Acceptance Criteria 1. I can bundle or install the app on Windows and macOS without manual environment setup. 2. An image selected in the GUI is passed to the model and the prediction appears in the interface in under a few seconds. 3. No crashes or unhandled exceptions during normal use; errors are surfaced to the user clearly. 4. Source code is clean, documented, and includes instructions to rebuild the installer. If you have experience with frameworks such as Electron, PyQt, or Tauri plus Python model servers, you’ll feel right at home.
