We operate furnished shared accommodation/bedspaces in Al Barsha Heights (Tecom), Dubai and want an experienced Meta Ads freelancer to generate genuine prospective tenants through Facebook and Instagram. This is NOT a general social-media-management job. We need someone experienced in paid Meta advertising and lead generation. Previous experience advertising any of the following is strongly preferred: * Bedspace rental * Partition rooms * Bachelor accommodation * Shared accommodation * Room rental * Co-living * Staff accommodation * Other affordable residential rentals in Dubai/UAE The objective is not likes, followers or cheap leads. We measure: WhatsApp enquiries → qualified tenants → property viewings → occupied beds. You will work within our Meta Business Manager/ad account. How would you target people looking for bedspaces specifically in Al Barsha Heights/Tecom? 9. Would you use Click-to-WhatsApp, Meta lead forms, Messenger or another approach, and why? 10. What would you recommend as the initial advertising budget to test the campaign? Please also state your fixed fee for setup and managing the initial campaign.
