Freelance Recruiter for Remote Short-Term Rental Team

We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter to help us identify and screen candidates for remote positions supporting a growing short-term rental operation. The immediate recruitment needs include: * Listing & Guest Coordinators * Short-Term Rental Operations Assistants Your responsibilities * Search for suitable candidates using relevant online and professional channels * Review candidate profiles and applications * Conduct initial candidate screening * Assess communication skills, experience and general suitability * Maintain an organised candidate tracker * Prepare shortlists for review * Provide brief screening notes for shortlisted candidates * Follow up with candidates when required * Help maintain a consistent recruitment pipeline Ideal freelancer * Previous recruitment or talent-sourcing experience * Strong written English * Good candidate assessment skills * Excellent organisation * Comfortable with remote recruitment * Able to work independently * Experience recruiting virtual assistants, hospitality staff, customer-service professionals or property-management support staff is an advantage We are looking for someone who can support ongoing recruitment rather than completing only a one-off search.
