Engaging Literary Assessment Templates Creation

2 templates: Student Literary Novel Assessment and Teacher Key. These need to be with fields that are easy to utilize and replace as I create new assessments. The sections of the assessment and number of items never change. However, I am asking for templates that look much like the first assessment and key I've created. This is an urgent deadline, as I already posted this once and the deliverable was not usable for my purpose. If possible, I need this today, but tomorrow at latest.
