I need a clear, builder-ready 2D floor plan that brings together three bedrooms (each with its own attached bathroom), a kitchen that opens directly into the dining area, a relaxed living zone, a separate drawing room for guests, a compact office corner, and an internal staircase. Rather than a standard open-concept or fully traditional layout, I’d like something tailored to the way my family actually moves through the house—efficient circulation, good sight-lines, and plenty of natural light. A few details to guide the design: • Bedrooms must include space for built-ins and maintain privacy from common areas. • The kitchen should flow naturally into the dining space while still offering enough counter length and storage. • The office nook can be modest in size, but it should feel separate enough for focused work. • Stair placement should minimize wasted square footage and allow future access to an upper level. Please deliver a scaled PDF plus the editable source file (DWG or equivalent) with basic furniture blocks, dimensions, and door/window sizes called out. If you use AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, all the better—just keep layer names and measurements clean so my contractor can pick them up immediately. I’ll review the first draft for overall flow, then request one round of revisions for fine-tuning room sizes and circulation. On final approval I’ll release full payment.
