I need a robust pinion + gear set designed specifically for high-load equipment. The priority is minimum wear over a long service life while maintaining smooth, reliable power transmission. Scope of work • Determine optimal tooth geometry, module, pressure angle, and face width to withstand sustained high load without premature pitting or scuffing. • Provide analytical verification—contact stress calculations, safety factors, and estimated life—to back every design choice. Finite-element or specialized gear-analysis software (e.g., KISSsoft, ROMAX, or equivalent) is welcome. • Deliver manufacturing drawings and a concise technical report summarizing assumptions, calculations, and maintenance guidelines. Files to hand over 1. 2D drawings (DWG or STEP) of the pinion and gear. 2. A PDF report with calculations, material specs, and lubrication plan. 3. Native files from any analysis software used.
