My project is approaching the stage where precise structural calculations and drawings are essential. The building type and final scope will be confirmed once I share the preliminary information, but the overall goal is straightforward: a sound structure that satisfies local code and passes permitting without delays. You will be asked to review the concept, advise on load paths, size members, and translate the approved scheme into clear drawings and a concise calculation package. If weaknesses or existing-condition issues surface, reinforcement recommendations will be part of the brief. Deliverables • Signed calculation package (PDF) • Structural drawings in both PDF and DWG • Brief design report explaining assumptions, codes used, and any unusual details Please let me know which design tools you prefer (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.), how soon you can start, and the typical turnaround for a first submission.
