Accuracy matters more than sheer volume. • Customizing application documents: Tailor my existing application materials for each role, highlighting the skills and achievements most relevant to the posting. You will receive my master files and brand guidelines; every tailored version should look polished and remain ATS-friendly. • Submitting applications: File the applications on the employer’s platform or via email, follow any specific instructions in the ad, and record everything in a shared tracker so we never double-apply or miss a deadline. Deliverables 1. Curated list of positions with links, deadlines, and brief suitability notes. 2. A role-specific application package (updated documents plus any required forms) for every approved listing. 3. Submission confirmation and tracker update for each completed application. Quality bar • Zero spelling or formatting errors in customized documents. • Each job lead must fit the criteria we agree upon beforehand. • Tracker updated within 24 hours of every action. I work entirely in Google Workspace, so please be comfortable collaborating in Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
