HR Specialist for Remote Chef Recruitment

Remote HR / Recruitment Specialist – Chef & Cook Hiring We are looking for an experienced **HR / Recruitment Specialist** to work with us remotely on **Chef and Cook hiring** for our food business. Role **Remote HR / Recruiter – Chef & Cook Hiring** Responsibilities * Find and source suitable **Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Staff and related food-service candidates** * Post jobs on relevant platforms and recruitment channels * Screen candidates based on experience, skills and location * Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews * Shortlist suitable candidates * Coordinate interviews with the management team * Maintain a database of candidates and hiring status * Follow up with candidates until the joining process is completed * Handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously Requirements * Previous experience in **HR recruitment / talent acquisition** * Experience hiring for **restaurants, hotels, QSRs, cloud kitchens or food businesses** will be preferred * Good communication and candidate-handling skills * Ability to source candidates independently * Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel * Must be comfortable working **100% remotely (WFH)**
