AutoCAD/FRAMECAD Specialist for Drafting Projects

# AutoCAD & FRAMECAD Drafting Specialist — Long-Term, Full-Time ## Summary We are looking for an experienced **AutoCAD and FRAMECAD drafting specialist or team** to support our structural and cold-formed steel (CFS) framing projects. This is a long-term, full-time position at **$5/hour for approximately 40 hours per week**. Candidates must have hands-on experience with both AutoCAD and FRAMECAD, understand structural drawings, and be able to produce accurate, fabrication-ready drawing packages. ## Responsibilities - Create and revise drawings using AutoCAD and FRAMECAD. - Update drawings based on redlines, engineering markups, and project requirements. - Prepare structural framing layouts, sections, and details. - Check dimensions, openings, connections, and framing details. - Identify drafting errors, dimensional discrepancies, and missing information. - Prepare organized drawing packages and PDF sets. - Deliver native DWG and FRAMECAD project files as required. - Follow project standards, communicate progress, and meet deadlines. ## Requirements - Proven experience with both AutoCAD and FRAMECAD. - Knowledge of structural drafting and cold-formed steel framing. - Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings. - Strong attention to detail and dimensional accuracy. - Experience with fabrication drawings and framing workflows. - Clear communication and reliable full-time availability. ## Paid Test Project Candidates must complete a small paid test project before starting long-term work.
