AI Automation Consultant & Curriculum Developer

Role: AI Automation Consultant & Curriculum Developer (Contract) Project Overview We are partnering with the City of Van Nuys to train 1,500 transitioning professionals (bachelor’s degree to mid-level tech) to launch careers as independent AI consultants. We need experienced practitioners to translate their successful real-world implementations into accessible, turn-key training modules. Core Deliverables Audit Frameworks: Document your exact, step-by-step process for conducting an AI automation audit and identifying high-yield, repetitive tasks. Turn-Key Assets: Supply complete Claude project files, prompt sequences, and deployable code packages designed specifically for a solo consultant to execute. Training Modules: Write clear, engaging, and actionable training manuals that teach non-engineers how to replicate your automation processes.

Requirements

Proven SMB Track Record: 3–5 verified case studies implementing AI in businesses with fewer than 100 employees (target: ~50). We prioritize department-specific wins (HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Accounts Payable, Compliance) OR 5+ case studies concentrated in 1–3 specific industries (e.g., real estate, healthcare, tech). Platform Expertise: Heavy, daily user of Claude for workflow automation. Process Transparency: You must be willing to open your playbook and share your actual work processes, client-facing frameworks, and deployable assets to train our graduates. Contract Details Rate: 15–25 per hour. Duration: 6–12 months. This is a long-term engagement with an ongoing need for new, high-quality case studies and training materials to serve diverse student cohorts.
