Hindi Female Sales Closer

I’m expanding a fast-moving e-commerce brand across India and I need a persuasive, Hindi-speaking female closer who is comfortable turning warm prospects into confirmed orders over WhatsApp voice calls and regular phone outreach. You will receive a steady stream of qualified leads generated by our marketing campaigns; your task is to engage them quickly, build trust, answer product questions, overcome objections and secure payment—all while keeping the experience friendly and professional. Day-to-day you’ll be logging every interaction in our lightweight CRM, following up on pending conversations, and reporting the numbers that matter: calls made, conversions, and revenue closed. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, basic telesales etiquette, and written Hindi/English for short follow-up messages is essential. Deliverables I’ll look for: • Daily summary of calls, chats and sales closed • Updated lead status in the CRM with next-step notes • End-of-week conversion rate report comparing leads assigned vs. orders completed If you can demonstrate a proven record of closing e-commerce sales and you have the energy to match our growth pace, I’d love to hear how soon you can start.
