HubSpot Medicare Plan Data Sync

I need a small application that sits between HubSpot and the Medicare.gov Plan Finder. From a contact record in HubSpot I will click a custom action; that trigger must: • Open the saved Medicare.gov search linked to that contact (URL is stored in a HubSpot property) • Pass up to 30 HubSpot fields to the site as requested from the site • Capture every page of the sorted results exactly as the user sees them and save those pages as a single PDF or image set • Package the parsed data and the PDF/images into one file attachment and add it to the originating HubSpot contact’s timeline No scheduled jobs are needed—this runs only when I request it from the contact record. Use the public HubSpot API for authentication and start the Plan Finder search. Headless browsing with Puppeteer, Playwright, or Selenium is fine as long as the solution respects Medicare.gov terms of service and runs reliably on a small cloud instance. Acceptance criteria: 1. Clicking the HubSpot action returns a timeline note with the attached file in under two minutes. 2. The PDF/images are an exact visual match to the on-screen Medicare.gov report. 3. Solution is delivered as documented source code plus a one-time deployment walkthrough.
