Laravel-MySQL Web App Build

My project is a Laravel backed with MySQL whose primary function is currently working but emails notifications and SMS are not expected as required. The work involves: • Fix some issues that other old developer could not understand or complete. Everything is already built but he could not use his logic to complete task. There’s no hard deadline, so quality and clarity are more important than speed; I’m happy to review milestones together and iterate. If robust, well-tested Laravel code.
