Online Peer Support Assistants (Training Provided)

We're looking for a few dependable, empathetic people to support adults through confidential, non-judgemental conversations. You’ll help clients discuss everyday stress and sensitive personal issues (adult rated), explore practical next steps, and keep brief session notes. We specialise in negotiating taboo topics, and being a listening hear to clients who need a vent, and to assist them with solutions and advices.

The role

is fully remote. No formal counselling qualification is needed, but strong listening skills, English, a calm manner, and respect for confidentiality are essential. Live training will be provided before you begin, with short refreshers as needed. Please share your availability, relevant listening or support experience. A quiet, private space is required. Looking forward to working together.
