WordPress Team Page Build

I need a WordPress-based team page that I can manage easily once it’s in place. Here is what has to be delivered: • A clean grid of cards, each showing a member photo, name, role, short bio and contact links. • A reusable single-profile template so visitors can click through (or however you suggest) for full details. • A simple filter that lets users view people by department. • Clear instructions—or a small back-end UI tweak—so I can add, edit or remove team members myself without touching code. My site isn’t live or hosted yet; please build everything locally or in a portable way so I can drop it into hosting later. If you see a smarter presentation while developing, I’m open to ideas.
