Florida Stamp Residential Plans

I have a complete set of construction documents for a new single-family residence in Florida and now need an in-state design professional to add the required sign and seal. Both the architectural sheets and the structural sheets are ready; nothing needs redesign—just a final code review, any minor red-line adjustments you find necessary, and then your Florida-approved digital signature and seal. Scope • Review both architectural and structural plans for conformance with the current Florida Building Code and any pertinent local amendments. • Identify and note any tweaks needed to satisfy code or local permitting checklists. • Apply your digital signature and raised or electronic seal to every required sheet so the package is permit-ready. • Return stamped PDFs that my permitting office can verify through Adobe validation or the state portal. Acceptance Criteria The county building department must be able to verify your license online and accept each sheet without comment. If they request clarification that relates to your scope, you’ll handle the response until the permit is issued. I can supply DWGs, PDFs, wind load calculations, energy forms, and any other background material you need as soon as we start.
