US$ 250 – US$ 750 /案件
I have several new steel roll-forming dies and their cam followers that must be captured in full detail so they can be reproduced on CNC machines whenever required. You will be working directly from the physical samples I provide. To capture every contour and mating surface correctly, I need you to rely on a blend of high-accuracy metrology tools (micrometers, bore gauges, CMM, etc.) and full-resolution 3D scanning. The goal is to leave no geometry unverified, from the critical forming radii to the subtler relief cuts and bearing interfaces. The final package I expect: • Native parametric CAD models for each die and cam follower • Validated neutral STEP files suitable for any CAM workflow • Fully detailed, revision-controlled manufacturing drawings that call out dimensions, GD&T tolerances, material specs, heat-treat requirements, and surface finishes All work has to align with best practice for tool-steel components intended for high-volume roll-forming lines, so I will be checking hardness notes, corner break specs, and any press-fit tolerances. If you have previous reverse-engineering examples—especially precision tooling—please mention them so I can see how you handle complex geometries and fit-critical details. I’m ready to ship the samples immediately and will be available for any clarifications during measurement, modelling, or detailing.
