Facebook Marketplace for Australian Rooming Business

Hi there, I run a rooming house business in Victoria, Australia. Facebook Marketplace is one of our main channels for renting rooms. I'm looking for someone who has solved this exact problem before, not a generalist. The problem - Business Pages can't post rentals to Marketplace, so only personal profiles can. - Our VA is based in the Philippines, and her profile keeps getting flagged for ID checks. Reach has dropped, most likely because of the mismatch between her location and the property location. - Enquiries are stuck in personal Messenger, so we can't automate replies, qualify leads or book inspections.
