# Job Search & Resume Data Entry Assistant — 100 Unique Applications/Day I am a **Machine Learning Engineer** actively applying for positions on LinkedIn and other job platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Glassdoor. I am looking for a reliable **Data Entry / Job Search Assistant** who can help me organize job opportunities and prepare application materials on a daily basis. ### Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will be: 1. Search for newly posted Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineer, and related positions on: * LinkedIn * Indeed * ZipRecruiter * Glassdoor * Other relevant job platforms when appropriate 2. When you find a relevant job, send me the **job link**. 3. I will provide a resume-tailoring tool/process called **Resume-Tailor**. For each job I select, you will use the job description and the provided tool/process to tailor my resume to that specific position. 4. Save the tailored resume and provide its link. 5. Send the **tailored resume link and corresponding job link to my friend** according to the workflow I provide. 6. Maintain a daily spreadsheet containing: * Date * Job title * Company * Job platform * Job link * Tailored resume link * Short job description ### Important: Removing Duplicate Jobs This is a very important part of the job. The same position may appear on multiple platforms. For example, a company may post the same ML Engineer position on LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter. **Do not count duplicate postings as separate applications.** You will need to identify duplicates based on factors such as: * Company * Job title * Location * Job description * Job/requisition ID * Other identifying information The goal is to produce **100 genuinely unique job applications per day**, rather than simply collecting 100 URLs. ### Work Schedule * **3 hours per day** * **4 days per week** * Approximately **12 hours per week** * Initial duration: **1 month or longer** * Potential for continued work if the workflow goes well ### Daily Target The target is: **100 unique job applications per working day** There may be 100+ newly posted jobs on a single platform, but many will be duplicates across platforms. You are expected to research across multiple platforms, identify duplicates, and maintain a clean list of unique opportunities. ### Ideal Candidate You should be: * Very organized and detail-oriented * Comfortable working with spreadsheets * Experienced with LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, or similar job boards * Good at identifying duplicate job postings * Comfortable following a defined workflow * Able to work independently * Reliable with daily deadlines * Comfortable handling repetitive data-entry and research tasks * Able to understand technical job descriptions well enough to determine whether two postings are duplicates **Previous experience with job searching, recruiting, sourcing, data entry, or resume-related work is a plus.** ### Please Include in Your Proposal Please briefly tell me: 1. This will be an ongoing workflow, with the possibility of extending the project beyond the initial month for a reliable and accurate freelancer.
