3D Character Mesh Modification Expert Required

Seeking 3D artist to help sculpt / edit / modify an existing realistic human character mesh. The character is currently in T Pose. I need the arms to be modified so that they look like they are holding an object in front of them. Imagine like if she was holding a medium sized box in her hands, holding it at roughly normal / waist height. If you are able to show a screenshot of the edited sculpt, I will award you the project in exchange for the final file. If you are able to produce a solid result there will be several more projects / edits needed. Blender file attached.
