Moodle Upgrade & Enhancement -- 2

I am already on Moodle 4.x Moodle LMS - need long term solution partner to assist with Moddle editing . we have the following requirements for the platform to be edited : We have the profile of Admin , Teacher and Student . The courses are as Master Course basis with a set learning plan and materals. This should be editable only by Admin . Teachers can access the content and share with students . Have a folder to add their own proprietory content also. 1-Teacher can edit his own materials - But will not be able to edit the set Learning Path of the master course file . All course to be added into the User Ownership of Admin - so the teacher access does not have permission to edit that but have place for their own materials folder they can create and share. 2-Restriction - That one teacher cant see the content added by other teacher.It is like a local folder for each teacher for his content in the course - the other teacher does not see it. 3-Students will see the content of teacher as teacher shares . 4-Drip method of content sharing to student - across course. Only teacher opens one by one the content to student in the course. 5-Student assigned to teacher so that their work goes to teacher they are assigned to . 6-We want to share courses- as a link or QR to people and they can access the same creating their own profile - with Name email and Phone no. Validity of these shares would be defacto 1 year. 7- Users list by User type - Teachers , Editing Teachers , Student , Admin . 8- All Master course will be owned by Admin and editable by admin only. 2:23 PM 9-Upgrade to current version of 5.2
