Real Estate ISA – Cold Calling & Appointment Setting | Gujarati, Hindi & English

I’m hiring an experienced India-based Inside Sales Agent (ISA) for my Ontario real estate business.

Responsibilities

* Call at least 50 people daily, including new, old, and warm leads. * Re-engage older contacts, nurture prospects, and follow up consistently. * Set at least 5 qualified buyer or seller appointments per week. * Qualify prospects based on needs, budget, location, and timeline. * Confirm appointments and manage social media messages. * Maintain accurate records and follow-up tasks in GoHighLevel CRM. * Organize client documents and track missing paperwork under my direction. * Provide daily activity reports and weekly results. Mandatory Requirements: * Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. * Previous real estate cold calling and appointment-setting experience. * Knowledge of Canadian demographics, communities, and housing types, particularly in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding Ontario markets. * Familiarity with detached homes, semi-detached homes, townhouses, and condos. * Hands-on GoHighLevel CRM experience. * Strong communication, objection-handling, and organizational skills. * Reliable computer, internet, headset, and quiet workspace. * Help me organize projects and book showings. Working Hours: Full-time job with daily availability during Ontario evening hours. Applicants in India must be comfortable working overnight or early-morning hours.

Compensation

* Base pay: ₹25,000–₹30,000 INR per month. * Bonus for each qualified appointment. * Larger incentives when deals close. Approx. 10,000 Rupees per closing * Expected total monthly earnings: approximately ₹80,000 or more when agreed performance and closing targets are met. This includes base pay and bonuses and is not a guaranteed minimum. * Bonus amounts, targets, and payment terms are agreed before starting.
