Commission-Only Closer – Reputation & AI Tools for HVAC / Plumbing Companies Description: We are looking for a proven commission-only closer to help us sell our Reputation Management and AI Receptionist tools to small HVAC and plumbing companies. What we sell We help small home-service shops never miss calls and systematically improve their Google reviews / Map Pack ranking. Our entry offer is Reputation Management, with a clear path to add AI Receptionist.

Compensation

(100% Commission) 20% of yearly contract Example target: approximately $600 total earnings per closed account (based on typical starting yearly fee) Example target: approximately $1,200 total earnings per closed bundle account (based on typical bundle starting fee) 20% of Month 1 revenue on a monthly contract 10% residual every month for up to 12 months, as long as the customer stays active on a monthly contract Example target: approximately $390 total earnings per closed account (based on typical starting monthly fee) No base salary. You only earn when you close and when the customer stays. What we provide Proven diagnostic script and sales process Clear offer structure Target list approach focused on small HVAC and plumbing shops (especially those with low Google review counts in secondary markets) Product training and ongoing support Ideal candidate Experience closing AI tools, automation, virtual receptionists, or similar SaaS to small businesses Comfortable with full-cycle or pure closing (we can discuss lead flow) Strong at consultative / diagnostic selling Reliable communicator and self-managed Target customer Small HVAC and plumbing shop owners (typically 1–10 trucks).
