Revit Designer for Remote Monthly Role

Remote Revit Designer / Architectural Drafter — Monthly WFH Position We are looking for a reliable and skilled Revit Designer / Architectural Drafter to work remotely on a monthly basis for residential, interior, and construction projects. You will prepare coordinated Revit models, renderings, technical drawings, details, and quantity take-offs/BQ. Main Responsibilities * Create accurate Revit models from drawings, sketches, and design instructions. * Model architectural, interior, cabinetry, ceiling, flooring, finishes, doors, windows, and other construction elements. * Maintain organised Revit files, families, views, sheets, and revisions. * Produce interior and exterior renderings, including materials, lighting, furniture, and landscaping. * Prepare construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, schedules, and details. * Prepare practical details for cabinetry, kitchens, bathrooms, ceilings, feature walls, and finishes. * Extract quantities and prepare BQ/quantity take-offs by area, room, and trade. * Check drawings, dimensions, quantities, and revisions carefully before submission.

Requirements

* Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit. * Experience in residential, bungalow, interior fit-out, or construction projects. * Able to produce both quality renderings and construction-level drawings. * Familiar with quantity take-offs and BQ preparation. * Detail-oriented, organised, and able to follow instructions. * Good English communication skills.. * Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and remain responsive during agreed working hours.
