The functional core revolves around day-to-day team work plus regular walk-ins who need quick itinerary guidance, so flow and visual clarity are critical. Scope • Workstations: a layout that keeps consultants in close communication without sacrificing personal focus, including cable-managed desks, ergonomic task chairs and subtle branding elements. • Meeting rooms: two enclosed rooms that feel spacious on camera for virtual calls, with integrated screens and acoustic treatment. • Director cabin: a compact executive corner that still echoes the overall look—think clean lines, textured accent wall and discreet storage for travel collateral. • Wet pantry: coffee point and light-snack prep area that doubles as an informal touchdown spot. What I need from you 1. Concept mood boards showing colour palette, materials and lighting cues. 2. Scaled floor plan with furniture blocks (AutoCAD or Revit). 3. 3D visualisations or SketchUp / 3ds Max renders that capture the final ambience from multiple angles. 4. A basic BOQ listing key furniture, finishes and fixtures so I can source locally. Acceptance I’ll sign off once the 3D views mirror the agreed concept and the plan fits our actual measured site. Minor revisions are fine; major layout changes should be flagged early so we stay on schedule.
