WWII Slice of Life Novel

I'm looking for an experienced fiction writer to create a historical fiction novel inspired by Norman Lewis’ Voices of the Old Sea. The memoir will serve as reference material to structure the fictional plot and characters, drawing from its themes and setting, with name changes and a shift from nonfiction to a character and plot-driven fiction structure. This will not be a direct adaptation, as I do not hold the rights to the original work. The final deliverable should be in PDF format, with a minimum of 80,000 words suitable for a debut novel submission. Preference will be given to writers with proven experience in literary historical fiction.
