Use Python for the heavy-lifting (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib or seaborn), Excel where it adds speed for quick pivots or checks, and Power BI to craft interactive visuals that can be sliced by date, region, or customer group. I expect every chart in the final deck to match the numbers in the cleaned file. Once the analysis is solid, translate the findings into plain-English insights and concrete business recommendations. I need a concise executive PDF as well as a polished PowerPoint version—both should include key visuals, commentary on patterns you discovered, and a clear next-steps slide.
