### DBS IDEAL – SME User Research Study | Mumbai We are recruiting participants in **Mumbai** for a qualitative user research study about **DBS IDEAL**, DBS Bank’s business banking platform. The study aims to understand the experiences, workflows, and day-to-day usage of SME employees who **personally and regularly use DBS IDEAL** for business banking activities. **Target Respondents:** * Currently working in an **SME-sized company** * Must be a **current user of DBS IDEAL India** * Must be a **frequent / hands-on user** of DBS IDEAL * Should personally use DBS IDEAL as part of their regular work * **Not looking for CFOs, C-level executives, or business owners** **Relevant Job Roles:** * Finance Manager * Accounts Manager * Finance / Accounts Executive * Treasury * Payments / Banking Operations * AP / AR * Finance Operations * Other employees who directly use DBS IDEAL **User Types Required:** Participants may fall into one or more of the following roles: * **Admin:** Manages users, access, and system permissions * **Maker:** Creates and prepares transactions * **Approver:** Reviews and authorizes transactions **Study Details:** * **Location:** Mumbai * **Methodology:** Face-to-face or online * **Timing:** September * **Venue:** Convenient nearby cafeteria/location for the respondent or online, depending on the final arrangement * **Duration:** As per the research session schedule **User Verification:** As part of the screening/verification process, participants may be asked to **log in to their DBS IDEAL account and briefly show the platform/interface on screen to verify that they are a genuine, current user**. Participants will **not** be asked to share their password, OTP, PIN, account credentials, transaction details, balances, or other confidential banking information. The verification is only to confirm genuine DBS IDEAL usage. **Important:** Genuine and current DBS IDEAL usage is mandatory. We are specifically looking for **hands-on users**, rather than people who are only aware of or indirectly involved with the platform.
