ExportYourStore Channel Management Multi-Channel Ecommerce Retail 01 — About the Client ImaginariumTech — Connect the World is a U.S.-based company in an expansion stage. We are seeking an experienced ExportYourStore specialist to provide ongoing support for a customer account. 02 — Engagement Overview We need an experienced ExportYourStore (EYS) specialist to manage and maintain product listings and data integrations for a customer account. The work centers on maintaining accurate data flow from a source Shopify store → ExportYourStore → connected marketplaces, social-commerce channels, and a second Shopify account. This is a hands-on management and troubleshooting role. The position requires the ability to diagnose and correct mapping, synchronization, and integration issues — not simply initiate exports. Minimum requirements: At least 12 months of hands-on ExportYourStore experience Demonstrated experience with data mapping and end-account/channel management Experience troubleshooting listing and synchronization issues Ability to independently manage an existing EYS account Ability to participate in a live interview and technical Q&A Important: • Individual freelancers only. If you already know ExportYourStore, mapping, and channel synchronization, the requirements above should provide the necessary scope to determine whether you are qualified. 03 — Connected Channels The current environment includes: • Marketplaces & Commerce • Google • eBay • Poshmark • Depop • Mercari • Whatnot • Vinted • Vestiaire • Shopify ° Source Shopify account ° Second Shopify account • Social Commerce °Instagram •Facebook •TikTok 04 — Catalog Size Source-of-truth (SOT) PIM level: approximately 1,500 products Active SOT inventory: maximum of approximately 1,000 listings when fully loaded Downstream marketplace integrations: approximately 5,000 synced listings in aggregate Volume may vary based on seasonal activity. The contract may be renegotiated if: • SOT volume exceeds the stated level by more than 30% for 3+ consecutive months, and/or • Total downstream synced listings exceed 7,000 for 3+ consecutive months. 05 — Compensation • Weekly, hourly-budgeted engagement • Remote work • Hourly rate should be included with your application. • Typical weekly availability should be provided. • We are focused on finding the right combination of relevant experience, capability, availability, and cost. • One person only. The selected freelancer will become the primary point of contact for: Weekly monitoring Integration maintenance Troubleshooting Data-mapping adjustments Listing quality control Synchronization verification Channel-specific listing requirements Application Requirements Please provide: • A description of your hands-on ExportYourStore experience • Your total length of experience using EYS • Which of the listed channels you have previously managed • Examples of comparable Shopify → ExportYourStore → marketplace integration projects • Your hourly rate ° Your typical weekly availability Confirmation that you are an individual freelancer and not an agency A live interview and technical Q&A are required before the contract is awarded. 07 — Weekly Responsibilities The selected freelancer will be responsible for: Managing the existing ExportYourStore account and connected integrations Reviewing and maintaining Shopify → ExportYourStore → channel data mapping Maintaining mappings for: Images Specifications Product attributes Titles Descriptions Pricing Inventory SKUs Categories Brands Condition Size Color Materials Other applicable channel-specific fields Ensuring marketplace-specific requirements are properly addressed for each destination Troubleshooting failed, incomplete, incorrectly transferred, or improperly formatted listings Troubleshooting synchronization and integration issues Verifying that changes made in the source Shopify store are reflected correctly across connected channels Maintaining consistency with the second Shopify account where applicable Monitoring integrations on an ongoing basis Performing regular listing and data-quality checks Identifying and correcting mapping or synchronization problems as channel requirements change The objective is simple: maintain accurate, consistent, properly formatted product data across the entire connected sales-channel environment.
